yes, or perhaps
2024 ONE DOT LEADER
or
2025 TWO DOT LEADER

Although it's not clear to me quite how Unicode expects these to look if 
used as leaders, the code charts of course only show one character, 
which rather misses the point if they really are intended as leaders.
