2. Find Specifications section.
3. Click MathML 2.0 in the section.

OBSERVED BEHAVIOR:
1. Browser is redirected to http://www.ercim.eu/TR/MathML2/
2. That page shows "404 - Component not found" and a link "Home" that
points to http://www.ercim.eu/index.php

DESIRED BEHAVIOR:
1. See the MathML Specification.
