[MathML3-last-call] Image of the actuarial example does not match up the MathML source

    In section 3.3.9.3, some examples of menclose are given. The 
actuarial notation is used inside the subscript of an <msub/> but in the 
image this subscript is displayed below the base. I think it would 
rather be placed on the right of the base, with its baseline slightly 
shifted down.
