[last-call] missing attributes in schema

A late last call comment. The schema misses three attributes defined in
the prose text of chapter 3.

The attributes of mmultiscripts are defined to be those of msubsup rather
than being defined in a separate table. This was missed by the schema
extractor, but this has now been fixed,

Similarly the deprecated value indentingewline of the linebreak
attribute in mspace is defined in text, but not extracted to the schema.

Both these have been fixed, as may be seen at

http://monet.nag.co.uk/~dpc/draft-spec/appendixa.html#parsing_mmultiscripts.attributes

and

http://monet.nag.co.uk/~dpc/draft-spec/appendixa.html#parsing_mspace.attributes
