MathML 3 spec - Future Extensions - XML Extensions to MathML

Dear spec authors,

  I just realized that section 2.4 "Future Extensions" has two subsections
titled "XML Extensions to MathML", namely 2.4.2 and 2.4.4.  You may want to
have a look into this.
