In general it is best to take up issues with particular implementations
with the developers of that implementation (although they may possibly
also be on this list). However as it happens information about menclose
in firefox was posted to this list earlier this month.

  PS: FYI, the current version of my patch allows Firefox to deal with
  all the MathML 2 notation values.


I don't know how far that code is from being incorporated into standard
firefox builds though.
