you don't say which browser you are using, mozilla based browsers do npt
need any plugin, the stylesheets should work with techexplorer although
mainly fo the last 4 or 5 years they've been tested withmathplayer as
the math renderer for Internet explorer.

However the source document for the stylesheet has to be an xhtml
+mathml document, your documents do not have any html or head elements
in the xhtml namespace, also your elements math, mfrac etc are not in
the mathml namespace, so will not be seen by the stylesheets.
