I don't think there is really any need to move it to rec: it should
probably have been a note rather than a WD. It basically documents
how to pull together the xhtml/vg/mathml dtd but all the real normative
constraints in the language come from the respective languages not from
the combined document.

yes it's also now in nightly builds of firefox/mozilla I believe so
hopefuly standard in a future release.
