We copied the mandatory markup from the W3C publication rules [1]:

If a Recommendation, immediately after the editors/authors' names, the
link to an errata document must be made with the following markup:

<p>Please refer to the <a
href="http://www.w3.org/..."><strong>errata</strong></a> for this
document, which may include some normative corrections.</p>
