I agree with you completely, and I suspect you are preaching to
the choir as far as the readers of this list are concerned!

Anyway, I presume you are refering to our MathPlayer plug-in, in your
message.  Do you have something specific in mind?  If so, we would
like to hear about it, so we can try to do something about it.
MathPlayer is still in beta testing, so there is still a little wiggle
room, if you are finding problems.
