In both TR and Draft, we can find the paragraph begining with:

> The suggested MathML visual rendering rules do not define
> the precise extent of the region whose background is affected by
> using the background attribute on mstyle, except that, ...

both at the end of Section "Color-related attributes," and
in whole Section "Precise background region not specified."
Isn't this a misprint?

...as there is no errata about this, is it correct?
