Comments on MathML test suite

Some comments on the MathML test suite:

Why is there so much space on the left of the green 'f' in
 http://www.w3.org/Math/testsuite/Presentation/TokenElements/mi/miSfonts8.html

Tag names appear in the Description part of many tests, but their pointy
brackets
are not escaped in the HTML source. Some examples are:
 http://www.w3.org/Math/testsuite/Presentation/TokenElements/mi/miScolorname6.h
tml
 http://www.w3.org/Math/testsuite/Presentation/TokenElements/mi/miScolorscope7.
html
 http://www.w3.org/Math/testsuite/Presentation/TokenElements/mn/mnSdisplaystyle
9.html
 http://www.w3.org/Math/testsuite/Presentation/TokenElements/mo/moAaccent10.htm
l
 http://www.w3.org/Math/testsuite/Presentation/TokenElements/mo/moAaccent9.html
There are many more such files.
Sometimes, '<' and '>' are escaped, but not correctly. See for instance:
http://www.w3.org/Math/testsuite/Presentation/TokenElements/mi/miAtoken5.html

The periods that appear in the Rendering picture should be commas in
http://www.w3.org/Math/testsuite/Presentation/TokenElements/mtext/mtext2.html

The last test files (characters) still contain some deprecated entities.
For instance, the first file
http://www.w3.org/Math/testsuite/Characters/a.mml
contains:
   aacgr
   Aacgr
   agr
   Agr
   alefsym
   Alpha
   ang90
