Thanks for your comments,

  There are buggy links on Mathml 2 working draft (7.2.1) !!
  . Aren't they ?
  http://www.w3.org/Math/testsuite.
  http://www.w3.org/Math/testsuite/tests/4.
  http://www.w3.org/Math/validator.

Note that these are not links in the HTML file, they are just plain
text. The XML sources (available in the zip file linked off the first
page) have
<loc role="dead" href="http://www.w3.org/Math/testsuite">
     ^^^^^^^^^^^
 http://www.w3.org/Math/testsuite</loc>

We'll remove the role="dead" flag from this (and then the XSL stylesheet
will make a link in the HTML) for the final draft, once these things
are fully working and installed.

However as you are not the first person to copy these URL from the page
and try to link to them, we've just added some pages at those addresses
as a place holder, so you don't just get the missing file error from the
server.
