ssl client certificates

Hello, It does not appear that libwww directly supports client
certificates.  It would be nice to expose openssl's client certificate
functionality by adding certificate file and private key file
properties to the HTSSL object.  I would not mind adding this support
and posting patches if anyone is interested.  Also if I am overlooking
something please let me know.
