minor issue with w3c-libwww-5.4.0

Dear developers,

the following files include c++ style (//) comments:

Library/src/wwwsys.h
Library/src/SSL/HTSSL.c
Library/Examples/davsample.c
LineMode/src/a_stdio.c

Would you, for increased portability, please simply change them to /* */
style comments. Thank you.
