Why there is no RDF triples in the output?

I am new to libwww package and tried to run the XML/RDF Parsing sample: stri and ptri provided by libwww. 

I tried to parse the RDF examples on http://www.w3.org/Library/Examples/RDF/ . But there is no triple in the output. The output is like this:

c:\>stri http://www.w3.org/Library/Examples/RDF/ex9.rdf

Looking up www.w3.org
Looking up www.w3.org
Contacting www.w3.org
Reading...
Done!

Is there Anybody could tell me why? Thanks!
