SOS: Post method and Installing libwww library

MabelI am trying to use   libwww library, with an example about post methd.
I downloaded the source code, and defined manally all directories, in Visual
C++ enviroment and Windows , and when I built post.exe example then I
founded this errors:

May be is trivial to you and perhaps you can sugest some solution. I need to
use the post method to download iterately and automaticaly information from
Internet.
