pocketPC port

I'm thinking about porting to pocketPC (using MS EVC), couple of quick
questions

1. Has anyone already done this ?
2. Anyone got a feel for how much work its going to be ?

also, how extensive are the dependencies for the http module, is it
possible to ship a subset of the DLL's if you just need http support ?
