Unfortunately, while this is a good article,
it does depend on writing an IIS extension to handle
the server side.  I'm looking to create a lightweight server
(SOAP object) that does _not_ depend on any web server 
(IIS, Apache, Jetty, etc.).
 
Any other ideas?
