www-lib SSL modules

Hello all,
	I live in Canada and would like to have the www-lib sample code
library that support secure transport layer SSL.
It seems that i cannot get it on w3.org because of export rules. Can you
redirect me on where to get this code, 
(if someone as it, i would be greatful to have a copy).
