How to load a list of URL's?

Hi,

I'd like to load a list of URL's (HTML and the embedded images in that
page) within the browser.  I don't want to write a crawler because I'd
like to take advantage of the browser to manage cookies, modification
times and etags.  Basically, I'd like to keep reloading a list of URL's
every so often.  Any ideas?
