What platform do you use ?
If you use unix or linux make sure that dns resolve is set in resolve.conf
(dns-server entry).
If you use windows make sure to setup the dns-server in your local network
config.

hello, can any one help me out, I amfacing the
following problem.

I want to access any URL from internet through a c
programme. I can do it by giving IP address but how to
use URL's directly.
