no send of body on POST using libwww

Fred,
           you are right it's a 100. i got around the problem 
           by inserting http->state = HTTP_CONNECTED; and type =
HTEvent_FLUSH;
	following if (status == HT_CONTINUE) in HTTP.c
	I'm sure there has to be a better way.
