HTML parser

Hi,

I am looking for an HTML parser for parsing HTML files. Can I use the HTML
parser in the W3 library without the overhead of all the other code (HTTP,
etc.)? Is there any cod availabel as an example for using the parser? And
lastly does anyone know of any commercially available parsers? Thank you.
