Preemptive Profiles and FTP URLs

I'm experiencing crashes on WinNT after the loading (HTLoadToFile()) of
FTP URLs in preemptive profiles.  Interestingly
enough, the sample application Library/Example/libapp_4.c crashes in
the exact same place, deep inside  HTProfile_delete().
HTTP URLs are fine.

Anybody else experience this?  What's the process for reporting libwww
bugs?
