NT run time error.

When I run the library on NT, I get the following error.  (I run the chunk.c
example)

Fatal Error: connect operation failed (WinSock reported error=10093)
Reason: socket operation failed (WinSock reported error=10093)

Does someone know what I need to set up to fix this problem?
