drive letter separators in file URLs on Win32

Hm... I've been quoting the ":" in file URLs with "|" on Win32.

It looks like libwww doesn't like this:
	...
	HTLoadFile.. Looking for `file:///D|/home/sb/skrot/trained.mml'
	Node........ `file:///D|/home/sb/skrot/trained.mml' means path `\D|\home\sb\skrot\trained.mml'
	...

What should I quote the ":" with, I wonder...?
