Is it HTTP/1.1 compliant ?

  Hello,

 I don't know if this is the right list to ask for but I think I 
noticed an odd comportement of a IIS/4.0 :
 I make the access through a proxy :

[/web] telnet proxy 80

 My guess was that the reponse header must include a
Connection: close field. Am i wrong ?
