building "the library" with MSVC.

Sorry that I am so lame.

I want a statically built comline.exe. I might also want to build
a console version of "the library". For the first, the
documentation says to remove WWW_WIN_DLL as a
preprocessor directive when generating the project for the library. 
How do I do this?

I think I get the project already generated straight from CVS.
Do I have to edit each of the ... 30 maybe projects and change
the directive, or is there another way?
