committed patch that fixes FTP problems

I have committed a set of patches that should fix the FTP problems when
listening an incoming data connection and also the symptoms in mget when
downloading multiple files using the same FTP control connection:

Please try it out - note that the HTHost object has changed a litte so you
have to regenerate the include files before recompiling as desribed in
