Updated msvc 5.0 makefiles in separate zip file

I have updated the MSVC 5.0 make files and made a new new "world"
workspace that contains all the libwww core code as well as all the
sample applications. 

Note that as Vladimir has pointed out, the eventloop and tiny sample
applications don't take user input - I don't know how to make that
happen on windows. Help is appreciated!

First do a fresh cvs update as described in

	http://www.w3.org/Library/cvs.html#update

then get the new makefiles at

	http://www.w3.org/Library/Distribution/libwww-win32.zip

and untip them on top. Open the libwww/windows/world.dsw and do a batch
build.
