Re: building linemode...

The code is broken and needs to either (1a) reflect new stylesheet
handling, or (1b) patch its way around it.  A related, more critical
issue is to (2) migrate to the new HText interface callbacks.

I've been working on 1b and 2.  I prefer 1a, but my code changes
are already piling up.  I'm going to try to post them real soon now.
