Well, I see that "LineMode/src/Makefile.am" has radically changed
from the 5.2.6 baseline tarball.  Here's a small addition - it wasn't
picking up the PICS-client goodies.

With this, my changes compile and link cleanly.  (But as I said
earlier, it doesn't do anything yet, except get rid of a lot of
compile/link-time messages.)
