libwww update with HTTP/1.1 engine conforming to HTTP/1.1 rev 01 available

It has also a lot of bug fixes and improvements in the persistent
pipelining code.

BTW: I am looking for a new home for libwww as I am stopping maintaining
the code base. Interested parties should contact me for details. W3C has
done this before with Arena [1], which was taken over by Yggdrasil [1] and
I am looking for something similar [3].
