Folks,

Someone must have put the www-lib@w3.org address in a homage page for
Diana or something.

In order to stop the message flux, I've temporarily forbidden messages from
people outside the list. People will have to subscribe first to the list
in order to write to it.

I'll follow MArk Slemko's excellent suggestion on how to trace the source of
those messages. I hope that in a week, I'll be able to open again the
list to foreign submissions. Otherwise, we'll miss all the nifty CFPs!
