Security bug fixes for 5.1a available

I have made a small set of bug fixes that you can get from

	http://www.w3.org/pub/WWW/Library/

wrapped up as release 5.1b. The fixes are described at

	http://www.w3.org/pub/WWW/Library/User/ReleaseNotes.html

They include fixing a security hole with 305 proxy redirection and
automatic close of the connection of idle connections after 1 min as
described in the new connection draft issued on the HTTP working group.
