incomplete response

w3c often fails to return a full page of html when
HTMethod method = METHOD_POST and formdata=YES.

I get something like ``Read (84% of 1K)'' in the
stdout stream, and the terminate_handler exits via
Cleanup().

On rare events, I get the full response from the server,
but this is the exception rather than the rule.

How can this problem be overcome?
