Building libwww-5.0 on MVC 4.1

I built the libwww library modules successfully (I thought), but upon
attempting to use these libraries on an example program, I found there
was no wwwinit.lib or dll.  I can't say for sure 
that is is supposed to exist, but I don't see the init funcitons rolled
up in any of the
other library modules.

Any ideas on what I might be doing wrong?  Do I have an incomplete
project file?
