Port parsing and Harvest cache

I rescind my earlier comments about port parsing.  While it's 
probably a good idea to stop at an invalid port character (rather than 
searching for the first slash after the host name), I still have a problem if 
a port is not specified.

	Guess I'm going to have to mess with HTLoadHTTP when redirecting a 
a request to a Harvest cache.  Seems like that is something that might be 
generally useful though??
