Documentation of proxies

The docs on proxies seems to be a little out of date. It does mention a
couple of functions I couldn't find HTRequest_setProxing and
HTRequest_proxying. 

From reading the source-code I concluded that I only need to do HTProxy_add
in order to use a proxy server. Is this correct ? I don't have any
proxy-server setup to test it on.
