POST problem in Jigsaw

Hi all,
 
In Jigsaw1.0 beta when I do the following post with the HTTP set to 1.0 as
shown below
 
POST /pages/mypages/myPage.cyber HTTP/1.0
Content-Type: application/x-www-form-urlencoded
Content-Length: 84
 
The response that I get is HTTP/1.1 response.  as shown below.
 
 
HTTP/1.1 200 OK
Date: Wed, 08 Oct 1997 20:18:22 GMT
Content-Length: 20
Content-Type: text/plain
Server: 1.0beta1
 
Does anyone know a way out on this as this causes a problem with communicator
loading applets.
