Jigsaw admin problem

Hi
 
I have installed Jigsaw on Fedora Core 4 Linux and its running fine,
however, when attempting to run jigadmin the box appears but nothing
else, its just blank.  I have Java 1.4 installed has anyone had similar
problem or know how to fix this?
