WCCP for Jigsaw

I have jigsaw established as a proxy server, however I would like to 
continue to use it to proxy, but utilize Cisco's WCCP to acheive this. 
The reason is to provide a solution that allow traffic to bypass in the 
event the server is not available. Any guidance you could give is 
greatly appreciated. If this question is better posted elsewhere, please 
let me know. Thank you for your help.
