ant build fails for Jigsaw 2.2.3

Hi, Jigsaw Team,

I'm testing Jigsaw, I tested Proxy feature that works fine, then I check 
if Jigsaw builds from the source, but the build.xml don't have included 
the dependecies of jakarta-oro.jar and Tidy.jar, then I put this 
mannualy and then build works fine.
the Tidy.jar is provided by Jigsaw dist, and jakarta-oro.jar I downloaded.

Attached are the build.xml that I changed here.
