servlet output encoding

Hi!

I have developed a servlet that reads form data and sends it to an email address. 

Although the email is sent I always get ?????? instead of greek characters in the form input data. I have tried both ISO-8859-7 and Cp1253 and the result is still the same. 

(Note: it works fine with JBuilder and Tomcat!)

Is it a Jigsaw bug or something?
