JigKill and Intall.class

 Hi,

 When i used 'Jigkill -u username -p password -stop http://loalhost:8001'
 these's  a message: "error: LOAD-ROOT not implemented ???

 and when i used 'Install.class' , the properties 'logger' don't change a
new
 source.

 org.w3c.jigsaw.logger.logdirname= not change
 org.w3c.jigsaw.servlet.servlet-log-file= not change

 and if a source don't change a server don't start.
 I must to change manually it.
