Odd Linkage error with servlets

A fellow developer of mine is getting this
error, apparently from Jigsaw:

The servlet that is being referred to is correct and, in general,
is working fine.

What's odd is why the AutoReload stuff appears to be happening
and then, why this error is even occurring.

I'm kinda clueless as to what's going on, the online documentation
doesn't seem to go into much detail on this stuff.

(We're using 2.1.2 Jigsaw)

Joel
