what is the value for the static constant 'CallOutgoing'?

hi,
  I am using Jigsaw version 2.1.2 as a proxy server and I am trying to add a
filter. For that I need to call the constant 'CallOutgoing' which should
have been defined in the ReplaceFilter class(according to the documentation)
but it isn't there. Can anyone mail me the constant's value atleast so that
I can hardcode the value in my program?
