Catching up on email ;)

The VirtualHostFrame has to be put on a VirtualHostResource, and it should
be set as the root resource of your server.
The MirrorFrame, has to be put on a FramedResource (aka an empty
resource). You can have a Virtual resource, and attached to it,
www.somesite.example.com, a framed resource and a MirrorFrame to another
hots.

No date, but as long as some features are not used, 2.1.1 updated should
be very stable.
