some Null value for repository

hi jigPeople

	my question is: 

why jigsaw have some "Null" value associated with a key in the entries
Hashtable 
i mean  (entry.repository == null)
 (see loadEntriesIndex() function in ResourceStoreManager)
 i know for (entry.store) and (entry.rep) but not for entry.repository

could you explain me
